Quik Pawn is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in the United States for Montgomery, AL. The role pays $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and offers earned wage access and employee discounts from day one.

You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience while adhering to regulatory guidelines. Flexible hours and a supportive team environment await.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
