Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will greet customers, assist with sales and loan services, and help maintain an organized store while earning commission on top of hourly pay.

In this role you’ll process transactions, explain loan terms, and provide friendly service. This position offers competitive pay with a commission structure, and opportunities for advancement and benefits depending on store location.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible retail schedule, weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided
• Strong customer service and team orientation
• Basic math and computer skills; POS experience is a plus
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer‑focused experience
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Commission Information
