FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will help customers, manage sales, loans, and product inquiries while earning commission on top of hourly pay.

This role offers competitive hourly pay ($11.00 - $14.00) plus commission up to 8%. Work hours align with store schedule (9 AM–6 PM, Sundays closed at many locations). Training on firearms in FFL locations is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Comfort handling firearms in FFL locations (certification provided).
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms, complete paperwork, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value for buying, selling, loans.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
