FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Ohio. You will earn $11.00–$14.00 per hour plus commission up to 8% on performance, with earned wage access after day 2 and benefits starting day one. The role emphasizes customer service, sales of merchandise, and loan services.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to stand and lift, and flexible to weekend hours. Bilingual skills are encouraged and firearms-related training may be provided at FFL locations where applicable.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information
