Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in a customer-focused role, assisting with sales, loans, and product inquiries. You will help customers navigate pawn and short-term loans, explain terms, and process transactions while ensuring a smooth, compliant experience.

The position offers hourly pay from $11.00 to $14.00 plus commission up to 8%, with earned wage access, employee discounts, and comprehensive benefits. Flex schedules apply; some locations closed Sundays.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with a variety of merchandise, firearms in FFL locations (certification provided).
• Strong customer service and team mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Commission Information
