Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking a customer-focused Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Springfield, OH. Earn $11.00–$14.00 per hour plus Unlimited Commission, with commission up to 8% based on performance and eligible benefits.

You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn services, process transactions, maintain storefronts, and support store operations with accuracy and compliance. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

$11.00 – $14.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
