FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Ohio. You will earn $11.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with commissions up to 8% based on performance.

The role includes helping customers with sales, loans, and pawn services, while meeting regulatory guidelines and delivering a positive shopping experience. Applicants should be 18+, comfortable with standing and lifting up to 50 lbs, and available for weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply; firearms in FFL locations may require certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Commission Information
