Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver friendly customer service, assist with pawn and loan products, and drive sales across merchandise. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on compliance and customer satisfaction.

Compensation includes $12.00–$15.00 per hour plus commission up to 8%, with earned wage access, employee discounts, and benefits. Flexible weekends/holidays, and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Comfort handling diverse merchandise including firearms at some locations.
• Strong customer service and team orientation.
• Basic math and computer skills; checkout systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and guide customers through pawn and short-term loan services.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following policies.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Complete required training and adhere to policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information
