Cash America Pawn in Haltom City, TX is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent service, assist with pawn and loan transactions, and help customers find the right merchandise. You’ll earn $10.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and benefits.

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$10.00 – $14.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
