Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in the United States. You’ll greet customers, assist with purchases and loans, and help manage inventory. The role combines sales with pawn and short-term loan services in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts from day one, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life and/or supplemental options. 401(k) enrollment follows tenure.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail, warehouse, or stockroom is a plus.
• Strong customer service and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Receive, organize, and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
• Locate and retrieve merchandise as needed.
• Prepare merchandise for inventory processing and distribution.
• Inspect, clean, label, and price merchandise.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and product locations.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$10.00 – $13.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We’re looking for a customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, retail stockroom, or material handling experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
