FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Kentucky to deliver friendly, customer-focused service. Earn $12.00–$15.00 per hour plus unlimited commission with an 2–8% commission band and benefits.

$12.00 – $15.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We’re looking for a customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information
