Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a PT Senior Sales Associate for our Woodleaf, NC location to lead sales in music and arts instruments, rentals, and education programs. You will mentor fellow associates and provide outstanding customer service to students, parents, and educators.

You will open/close the store, handle transactions, and collaborate with schools to promote music education initiatives while supporting merchandising and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with music instruments or education programs preferred.
• Ability to mentor and coach other sales associates.
• Familiarity with retail operations, merchandising, and inventory.

Lead retail sales for band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons while providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and educators. Mentor and support sales associates to ensure a high-performing, student-focused, performance-driven experience.
