Tharp Consulting is seeking a Senior Sales Associate for a band and orchestra–focused retail environment in Amarillo, TX. You will guide students, parents, and educators in selecting instruments, rentals, accessories, and music lessons, bringing strong product knowledge and a passion for music education.

You will deliver exceptional service, process POS transactions accurately, support merchandising, and help achieve sales goals while maintaining an organized, inviting sales floor and assisting
