tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets. The role focuses on delivering expert customer service and promoting tarte products in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Ideal candidates have retail experience with Sephora or Ulta, strong communication skills, and a passion for cruelty-free, eco-chic cosmetics. Availability includes weekends and some evenings to support peak shopping periods.

Job Description

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets.

Requirements

• Passion for tarte products
• Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers
• Merchandising and planogram experience
• Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour)
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media

• Compensation range: $23-30/hr (Compensation range: $23-30/hr (compensation varying based on geographic location, skill level, and relevant work experience))
