Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select markets, including Corpus Christi, TX. You will engage customers, recommend tarte products, and maintain attractive displays that reflect our eco-chic, cruelty-free brand.

Ideal candidates bring passion for tarte, experience in beauty retail, and strong communication skills to deliver outstanding service during peak hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Passion for tarte products and beauty in general.
• Retail sales experience in cosmetic environments (Sephora/Ulta).
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with ability to engage customers confidently.
• Merchandising and planogram experience.
• Competitive drive to meet sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour).
• Availability during weekends/evenings; smartphones and apps familiarity.

Job Description

Requirements

• Passion for tarte products
• Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers
• Merchandising and planogram experience
• Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour)
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media
