Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service–oriented retail associate to join our team in Mukilteo, WA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, processing sales, and assisting customers with financing matters as needed.

The position emphasizes meeting sales goals, maintaining accuracy in cash handling, and supporting store opening/closing duties with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
