Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service oriented associate for our client, a global leader in consumer health and personal care, recognized for working-parent and inclusion programs. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service, accurate sales processing, and support with financing matters in a fast-paced retail environment.

This position requires US work authorization, at least 18 years old, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIâ€s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
