Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a store associate to deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with sales and financing questions. You will process orders, handle cash with accuracy, and support opening/closing duties.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, legal work eligibility in the US, and a minimum age of 18. High school diploma preferred; lifting up to 25 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIâ€s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
