Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Wisconsin is seeking a customer-service oriented associate to provide outstanding service to shoppers and guests. You will process sales and assist with financing matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with cash handling protocols.

Preferred candidates have retail or sales experience, are 18+, and legally authorized to work in the US. The role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and adhere to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Assist with store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
