Quality Talent Group is hiring in Colorado for a retail sales associate to provide an exceptional customer experience across our store locations. You will help customers, process transactions, and promote products consistent with company standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to helping customers, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic consumer health and personal care environment. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Assist with store opening/closing and cash reconciliation.

Qualifications
