Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Heidenheimer, Texas, United States, is seeking a motivated in-store associate to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers choose products. You will process transactions, assist with financing applications, and ensure accuracy at the point of sale.

The role requires meeting sales goals and KPI targets while following cash-handling procedures. Candidates with 1 year of customer service or sales experience, the ability to lift 25 lbs, and a high school diploma

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligned to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
