Job summary

The Spice & Tea Exchange® is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Sulphur, OK to welcome guests, help them discover spice, tea, and gourmet blends, and share product knowledge.

You will support displays, assist with restocking, and may help in blending and packaging, all while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service in a small, team-oriented store.

• Outstanding communication skills in conversation and writing.
• Comfort with using point-of-sale systems.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with a warm smile and our signature greeting – setting the tone for an exceptional shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations.
• Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence.
• Support store displays, restocking, and maintaining a beautiful retail environment.
• Cross-train to assist in blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products.

What We're Looking For

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
