Job summary

The Spice & Tea Exchange of Sulphur is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to welcome guests and share our world of spices, teas, and gourmet blends. You will help customers discover flavors, answer questions, and provide a memorable shopping experience in a friendly, aroma-rich environment.

You'll become an expert on our spice blends and teas, assist with displays and stock, and cross-train in blending and packaging small-batch products. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
