Job summary

The Spice & Tea Exchange is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Fort Worth, TX. If you have a passion for flavors, superior customer service, and enjoy helping guests discover new spices and teas, we want you on our flavorful team.

You will greet guests, answer questions, share product knowledge, and keep the store inviting and well-organized. Join a close-knit franchise that values welcoming experiences, teamwork, and versatility, including minor blending and packaging tasks to support daily

Qualifications

• Passion for food and flavors; creating welcoming guest experiences.
• Outstanding communication skills, both in conversation and writing.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using point-of-sale systems.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with a warm smile and our signature greeting - setting the tone for an exceptional shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations.
• Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence.
• Support store displays, restocking, and maintaining a beautiful retail environment.
• Cross-train to assist in blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products.

What We're Looking For

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
