Job summary

The Spice & Tea Exchange in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Retail Sales Associate who brings enthusiasm for flavors and a passion for guest experience. You will greet guests, discuss their tastes, and guide them to the right spice blends and teas to spark new favorites.

Ideal candidates are friendly, strong communicators, comfortable with POS systems, and able to lift up to 30 pounds while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
