The UPS Store in St. Louis (Richmond Heights and Central West End) is hiring a friendly, dependable Customer Service & Print Associate to help customers, handle shipping, printing, and design tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You'll learn shipping, printing, binding, and laminating, with on-the-job training. Weekend availability is required; we offer bonuses, employee discounts, uniforms, and a casual, team-oriented atmosphere.

We're Hiring! And No, You Won't Just Be Taping Boxes All Day.

Do you love helping people? Are you the kind of person who sees something that needs to be done and actually DOES IT without being asked? Can you handle a busy environment, learn new things, and maintain a sense of humor when five customers walk through the door at the exact same time? Then we might just be looking for YOU!

At The UPS Stores in Richmond Heights and Central West End (we are hiring at both stores) we do a whole lot more than ship packages. We print everything from business cards to banners, help customers solve problems, create awesome designs, and occasionally explain why we cannot ship a package to Mars. (Yet.)

We're looking for an energetic, dependable, detail-oriented team member who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that "I'll be there at 9:00" means 9:00... not 9:07.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Making customers smile. Deliver exceptional customer service, even when someone shows up with 47 Amazon returns.
• Shipping stuff everywhere. Pack, weigh, process, and ship packages. Yes, sometimes the boxes are bigger than you.
• Becoming a printing wizard. Help customers with printing, copying, binding, and laminating. Graphic design experience is a HUGE plus!
• Solving problems. Customers don't always know what they need. Your job is to help them figure it out.
• Learning new skills. We offer a lot of services, and we'll train you to become an expert. You don't have to know everything on Day 1.
• Keeping things organized. Stock supplies, maintain a clean store, and keep things running smoothly.
• Using technology. Computers, printers, point-of-sale systems, and other equipment. If technology terrifies you, this might not be your dream job.
• Multitasking like a champion. Answering phones, helping customers, and keeping things moving without losing your mind.
• Being a great teammate. Jump in when help is needed, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your responsibilities.

• You're a problem solver. You look for solutions instead of immediately saying, "I don't know."
• You have your Missouri Notary license. This earns you huge bonus points a higher starting wage and weekly bonus.

Most importantly: We can teach you how to ship a package. We can teach you how to operate a printer. But we can't teach you to care about people or take pride in your work. That's what we're really hiring for.

The Schedule (Yes, You'll Have to Work)

• Approximately 30 hours per week
• Typically five shifts per week, approximately six hours each
• Weekend availability is REQUIRED, including Saturdays and occasional Sundays
• No late-night shifts! We close by 7:00 PM Monday–Friday and by 5:00 PM on weekends.

If you're looking for a Monday–Friday-only position, this probably isn't the one. We figured we'd tell you now rather than surprise you during the interview.
