Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a storefront team member in Wells, Texas to deliver exceptional service to every guest. You will process sales orders with accuracy, help customers with financing when needed, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience and are legally authorized to work in the US. This role is on-site at our Wells location with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIâ€s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
