Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Wisconsin is seeking a retail service associate to deliver friendly, efficient assistance to customers, process transactions, and support store operations.

You will work as part of a team, meet sales goals, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience. Previous customer service or sales exposure is preferred; physical stamina to handle stocking tasks is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or sales preferred.
• Able to lift/move up to 25 lbs; walk and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligned to KPI?s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.


• At least 18 years old


• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred


• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred


• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
