Job summary

Quality Talent Group is hiring for a Retail Associate in Texas. You will provide outstanding service, process sales transactions accurately, assist customers with financing when needed, and help maintain store operations during opening and closing shifts. We look for candidates who are legally authorized to work in the US, at least 18, with 1 year of customer service or sales experience.

A high school diploma is preferred. Lifting up to 25 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
