Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets.

Passion for tarte products and strong customer service are essential as you engage shoppers, build relationships, and help drive sales in Sephora and Ulta environments.

Applicants should own a smartphone, be available on weekends and some evenings, and bring merchandising know-how to create eye-catching displays that reflect tarte's cruelty-free, eco-chic philosophy.

Qualifications

• Passion for tarte products.
• Retail sales experience in Sephora and/or Ulta environments.
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers.
• Merchandising and planogram experience.
• Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour).
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media.

• Compensation range: $23-30/hr (Compensation range: $23-30/hr (compensation varying based on geographic location, skill level, and relevant work experience))
