Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in North Canton, OH. You will help members, promote memberships and services, and assist with travel planning, car rentals, and hotels. The role includes handling calls and supporting cashiering, tag and title, and ID services as needed.

Great communication and a willingness to learn are important, with a strong focus on customer service, integrity, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting. A HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to RACC calls continuously throughout the day.
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.

• Hourly Pay: $14.73 – $18.84. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.


• Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.

• Monday,9AM to 6PM Tuesday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 12PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week

What You’ll Do As a Retail Sales Associate
