AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Norman, OK. You will promote memberships, assist with travel planning, and support roadside assistance calls. The role includes cashiering, tag/title services, and ID services as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls throughout the day.
• Assist with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.

Work That Rewards You, In More Ways Than One Hourly Pay: $14.73 to $18.84. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance. Schedule You’ll Love: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 8AM to 5PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week No late nights. No Sundays! Work-Life Balance: Up to 3 weeks PTO accrued in your first year!

What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate You will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance: Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly
