LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, FL, seeks a Part-Time Boutique Sales Associate to join our Luxury Retail Team. You will greet guests, showcase boutique merchandise, maintain an organized display, and deliver exceptional service that reflects LaPlaya’s standards of excellence.

Requirements include retail and customer service experience, English communication, and availability on weekends with a rotating schedule. On-the-job training is provided in a supportive, luxury-focused environment.

The Opportunity

LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Part-Time Boutique Sales Associate to join our Retail Team.

In this role, you will create memorable shopping experiences by engaging with guests, showcasing our unique boutique merchandise, and maintaining a welcoming, organized retail environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service will help ensure every guest experience reflects LaPlaya's standard of excellence.

Essential Functions:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product recommendations and support sales initiatives
• Maintain visual merchandising and product displays
• Keep the boutique clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing the boutique
• Support inventory management and merchandising efforts
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistent with LaPlaya's luxury standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail
• Customer Service experience
• On the job training
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
• Must be able to work weekends and a rotating schedule

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to squat and bend
• Ability to work long hours as needed
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
