Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service to grow the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Pot­ential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in products and services.
• Explore opportunities to engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.

Compensation

Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on geography and experience. In addition, employees can earn up to $18,000 a year in individual‑based commissions by meeting sales goals. Top performers may earn an extra $14,500 or more in commissions, potentially achieving annual earnings of $65,000 to $75,500+. This role is commission‑based and offers the opportunity for additional income. For the New York location, the starting base pay rate is $19.71 per hour.

Location & Hours

This is a worksite‑based role. You will work onsite at a defined location. Scheduled weekly hours: 40 hours.
