Job summary

Batteries Plus is seeking a Store Associate to greet customers, assess needs, and guide product selections while helping with transactions and basic technical services in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will stock displays, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety rules. A high school diploma and strong communication are preferred, with a customer-first mindset and a team-oriented approach ensuring excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
