Job summary

Batteries Plus is seeking a Store Associate to be the face of our brand in our Virginia location. You will help customers choose the right solutions, provide product knowledge, and support daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

In this role you will greet customers, assess needs, explain promotions, perform transactions, and assist with technical services such as battery testing and installations. You’ll stock displays, keep the store clean, and follow safety rules with PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
