Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Manassas, VA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to promote memberships, referrals, and travel packages. You will assist customers with hotels, car rentals, and vacation planning while handling Roadside Assistance inquiries.

You'll support cashiering, tag/title, and ID services in a fast-paced team setting, focusing on customer service and product knowledge to drive growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills to build trust and explain value.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screenings including criminal, drug, and vendor checks.

Responsibilities

• Promote AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day.

Hourly Pay: $18.82 to $24.07/Hourly. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.

Schedule You’ll Love: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 8AM to 5PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week No late nights. No Sundays!

Work-Life Balance: Up to 3 weeks PTO accrued in your first year!

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
