Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a friendly store associate to deliver outstanding customer service, process sales, and assist customers with credit and financing matters. You will help meet sales goals and support opening/closing procedures, including cash reconciliation.

The role emphasizes a positive guest experience, accurate order processing, and adherence to cash handling policies. Candidates should have 1 year of customer service or sales experience and be legally eligible to work in the

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.

Qualifications
