Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Texas is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, process transactions, and help shoppers find the right products.

You will assist with credit applications, support store operations, and work toward sales goals while adhering to cash handling procedures; lifting up to 25 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
