What you'll do

• Greet and welcome customers as they walk in.
• Help customers find products and answer questions about features, pricing, and special orders.
• Share your knowledge — and enthusiasm — about our products, including hands‑on demos when possible.
• Inform customers about discounts, promotions, and our rewards program.
• Handle customer checkouts.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and with a positive attitude.
• Share customer feedback with your Store Manager.
• Stay current on new products and what's trending.
• Attend team meetings.
• Make someone's day a little brighter.

What we're looking for
