Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a customer-focused store associate to deliver outstanding service and process sales orders while assisting customers with financing matters.

In this role you will support in-store operations, help with opening/closing tasks, and aim to meet sales goals while following cash-handling protocols.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
