Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an energetic customer service-oriented (sales) team member for our Bullard, TX location. You will deliver exceptional service to customers, process sales orders accurately, and assist with credit applications as needed.

The role emphasizes meeting sales goals and supporting opening/closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, with opportunities for growth and development within a global-like health and benefits framework.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
