Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Birmingham, AL. The role centers on driving in-store sales, engaging customers with consultative conversations, and recommending the right tech products and services to meet customer goals.

You will close sales through effective communication, participate in sales training, and support merchandising and inventory tasks, with opportunities to expand customer reach at local events.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience (work or military).
• Strong background in sales or commission-based sales within retail or related industries.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule set 4 weeks in advance).
• Ability to pick up extra shifts during peak retail periods.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
