Job summary

Quality Talent Group's client, a leader in telecommunications with a nationwide retail network, seeks a Retail Sales Associate. You will drive sales, engage customers, and recommend solutions to meet goals.

Earn up to $75,500 annually with commission-based performance, plus a full benefits package including health plans, 401(k) matching, 5 weeks PTO and 8 weeks parental leave, and tuition assistance. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience (work or military).
• Strong background in sales or commission-based sales within retail or related industries.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule set 4 weeks in advance).
• Ability to pick up extra shifts during peak retail periods.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
