Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused retail associate in Addison, TX to deliver outstanding service and efficiently process sales while supporting store operations and inventory control.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma and 1 year of customer service or sales experience. Legal work authorization in the US is required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
