Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a detail-oriented retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service in our Conroe, TX store. You will process sales, manage cash, and assist with opening/closing duties while supporting inventory controls.

This role emphasizes achieving sales targets and KPI alignment, with a focus on customer care and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old


• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred


• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred


• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
