Quality Talent Group in Austin, TX is seeking a retail associate to deliver outstanding customer service, process sales orders accurately, and support store operations. You will assist customers, maintain merchandising standards, and participate in loss prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
