Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a friendly Retail Associate for our Strum, Wisconsin location. You will provide outstanding service to every customer, process sales, and assist with store opening and closing tasks. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling and teamwork.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in customer service or sales, be at least 18, and be legally eligible to work in the US. Lift up to 25 lbs, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and support inventory control and loss

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.

Qualifications
