Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Arlington, TN to deliver outstanding customer service and help drive store performance.

You will process sales, assist with opening/closing duties, support inventory management, and work toward achieving sales KPIs while ensuring a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
