We are currently seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented RETAIL SALES AND MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR. Our core promise is to take care of our associates and customers, which has contributed to our success over the past 40+ years!

• Lead sales floor activities to ensure associates greet customers and present credible product solutions; meet customer satisfaction standards
• Oversee ad set execution and visual merchandising standards within the department
• Supervise freight flow and merchandise processing, including cycle counts and inventory control
• Participate in staffing, training, and scheduling to ensure competent team members; communicate issues to management
• Provide coaching and feedback to ensure sales presentation, customer satisfaction, and visual standards are met
• Lead open and close procedures
• Act as floor leader or manager-in-charge during store manager absences
• Support store operations, including loss prevention and physical inventory preparation
• Collaborate with management and HR to handle human resource issues in accordance with guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma required; proficiency in Microsoft Office
• At least two years retail sales experience with direct accountability for sales, customer service, and merchandising, preferably in a supervisory role
• Professional communication skills; ability to handle multiple customers and relate to diverse technical levels
• Ability to generate sales and execute corporate initiatives
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs., stand for prolonged periods
• Shift flexibility including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
